Quickie-- Chappathi Wrap

 - Chap  1 med salad onoin and tomato

 - Chap 1/4 capcicum

 -  Chicken pre cooked (cut to small pieces)

 - Use fry pan to fry above in medium heat until onion cooked with salt,pepper  

-  Cook Chappathi add butter or ghee

-  Spread cooked vegies and chicken on Chappathi

- Add lettuce or spinach

- Add mayo or any sauce for taste.

Cut into half and wrap in alu foil for lunch (school/college/office)
