Here is our return policy:
You can return most items sold by excelworks.com.au before the best before date mentioned on the package.
To qualify, simply initiate the return within best before date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging). We should know how this product has been maintained like temperature, once opened and in what temperature it has been maintained.
Your refund will be the purchase price of the item, less the total shipping fee and less a restocking fee of 10% per-item Customers who paid for their item.
Shipping Policy:
Subject to this Agreement, we will supply the goods shown on your order confirmation. We will use our best endeavours to meet stated timeframes for delivery, however we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes will be met.
Free shipping:
We will supply the goods at free of cost for Brisbane superbs only, covering 30kms from Brisbane CBD.If no person available or unable to receive the goods then can be left at the front door.It is your responsiblity to take the goods from front door.
